Question Bathroom vent leak

Another newbie here (been out 3 times) with our Forest River Heritage Glen travel trailer.
We had a driving rain with heavy winds this weekend and discovered water on our bathroom floor leaking out to the hallway/bedroom.

The panel under the sink was removed and all was dry. The vent was closed but we're wondering if a driving rain could get in through the vent - have not been up to see what the vent even looks like on roof.

Not sure on next steps or whether we wait to see if it happens again. It HAS been in the rain before without any leaks.

Thanks!

You don't happen to have MaxxAire vent covers installed on all your roof vents do you? That's the end of the sales pitch!

Actually yes I do! And this is a 2017 new trailer. I should probably look at the specs of this to see how water would be possible but maybe you've got a thought to help me process this. Thanks

I thought I posted a picture with this reply - will try again.
