Blizzard conditions in Colorado so...

Blizzard conditions in Colorado so...I'll take this "down time" to introduce us to all of you. I stumbled on this forum in October and have read many threads but have not contributed anything until recently.

My wife of almost 39 years, Vonnie, and I started out in 1977 with a Dreamer 23' Class C and have been traveling via RV ever since. We have also owner a tent trailer, a hibrid and two 30' tt's. The current RV, which we purchased last August, is a 2012 Windjammer 3008W.

We are retired which means the ability of coming and going at will...well, almost. The next trip will be in April taking us south to warm up after a long Winter in the Denver region.

We would love to meet other F.R.O.G.'s in our area although not resrticted to said area. Let's ALL !

Windjammer, we are dragging our twin to your TT out that way Memorial Day weekend and week. Several days down around Colorado Springs and Divide and then we are coming up to Golden Gate Canyon State Park later in the week. We've never camped out that way and are really looking forward to the trip.

Windjammer,

Just 63miles up from Denver, in Colorado Springs have a 2012 Windjammer3001V nose. Love it and looking forward to a busy summer. Fly rods ready and heading to the back country for some great camping!

Hello and welcome! We are in Centennial, the eastern side of cherry creek state park. We moved here 7 yrs ago and have camped all over the state and love living here. We too will be camping at Golden Gate park the last weekend in June. This will be our first time camping there, however we rode around the campground last summer on our bikes checking out and making notes of the sites that would work best for us.

That's a good idea. They have nice pull throughs but lots of tree that can be a challenge to maneuver around with a long 5er.

Welcome to the forum. Having owned several campers you'll be an asset to the forum. Hope the snow doesn't get too deep.

To get a sneak peek of what this event will have to offer read all about last year's rally. I'm willing to say that it will be on your to-do list before you finish reading.

Welcome to the other side of the forum! Looking forward to having you jump in and share (when you are ready).

#1 FROG INTERNATIONAL RALLY.....Where FROG really started in May 2011. 14 rigs from 9 states, Canada and Portugal got together in early May for some great camping, meeting new friends,..... and looking forward to seeing many of them again in June this year.

7 of the original 14 were in Goshen 2012 for the SECOND INTERNATIONAL FROG RALLY.

Looking forward to meeting more new folks in Branson in June and in Goshen again in August 2013.
