Brand new RVer

Hi all,

I am a brand new RVer. Bought my Forest River FR3 at the end of September and moved in immediately. Talk about jumping right in. But, I love both the life-style and my RV, which I have named "The River."

I got the 30 foot as I wanted the separate bedroom. It's just me and my two cats. I'm gradually learning the ins and outs of daily living and maintenance, and also how to drive it, which is a bit intimidating.

I've posted another thread asking about the brand and model of the vinyl flooring as I want to have some remodeling done.

Anyway, here I am, and greetings to all.

The books/booklets that came with your FR3 might give you that info. Or you could call the factor rep. about it.

I got a tour of the FR3 Thanksgiving weekend, since we were right beside one in the resort where we stayed.

Thanks, Weezer. The documentation does not include information on the flooring brand and model (unless I'm missing something). I've called Forest River and am getting discouraged about getting a call back. They don't seem particularly motivated to answer my question. Too bad I didn't ask the question before you had the factory tour... maybe you could have snuck a peek.

Yeah, so far I really like full-timing. Felt good to get rid of a bunch of stuff I carried around for years. Now everything I own is in The River or a very small storage unit for things I couldn't decide about right away.

Thanks. I actually sent and email to Kathy Wing and finally got a response from her. Now I just have to find someone to do the work.
