checking on order

I am new to this forum and was wondering if there was some way to check on the status of a fifth wheel that we have ordered . We ordered a 31ts Wildcat and was wanting to keep on track as it went through production. We started camping in the fall of 07 with a bumper pull and have now made the step to a fifth wheel . We wish we would have done this when our son was young , but instead are enjoying camping with our granddaughter. Thank for any info.

Unlike the auto industry, there is no way to track it unless you know someone who works at the factory that access to that info. Just be aware that most RV manufacturing facilities are doing their bet to avoid a large field supply of their units. They shut down the facilities once in a while to accomplish that goal. The production of your unit may be delayed because of it.

Enjoy your new fiver!

thanks for the info. we are realy looking forward to getting the wildcat . Our local dealer told us that it could take 8 weeks because of some of the opitions we order but did not say anything about the factory deal. If that is what it takes to keep people working ,the factory open and forest river strong we will enjoy it when it gets here . Maybe we can visit all of you in the south over Christmas break. jim

UPDATE dealer told us our 31ts should be here any day but not for this weekend trip. Told us when we get back to start unloading our tt. I guess we will have to plan more trips this fall, darn the luck. Looking forward to keeping all informed Happy Camping

Guess you'll just have to bear the fun, enjoyment and just getting away from the everyday hassles of the world. And just think now you're going to have to get use to new surroundings and the excitement of a new RV. It will feel strange but I'm sure you'll get use to it. So chin up and get out there and deal with it. Get Camping!!!!!

Congrats on the new unit!!!
