Considering the Surveyor Sport SP-260

I am interested in hearing any and all experiences (satisfaction, quality of product, features) regarding the Forest River RV Surveyor Sport SP-260 Travel Trailer (I'm looking at a 2012). This unit has what our family needs (triple bunks, u-dinette and slide and is lightweight). I would pull it with a Ford F-150 5.4L SuperCrew.

have been quoted $18,900 at a dealer in the Harrisburg/Lancaster Pennsylvania area. I'd be interested to hear from others whether this is a fair price or if you feel I should be able to get it for less.

Thanks in advance.
Dave

Comparing with some prices I found on the net, that looks like a pretty good deal.....depending on options, of course.
