E4 Messaage on Thermostat - RPod 180

Hi, Everyone,

We recently bought a new RPod 180. When we turned on the furnace at night, we got an E4 message. Heater seems to be working, so we're thinking it's a problem with the thermostat. Any ideas what the problem is and what we should do? Thanks - Marilyn & Kim

Assume you have a dometic Thermostat. Then
E4 Open circuit or out of range Outdoor Temperature Sensor (select models). HeatPump operation will be locked out. Air Conditioner, Fan and Furnace operation can continue to operate.
