Eager Travel Trailer newb

Wanted a trailer for some time but never thought we would part with the money. Needed to buy a tow vwhicle ad well. Been tent camping and hunting out of a tent for a number of years. When its good its great, when its not its a real drag. Agonized and researched floorplans, options, new/used pretty normal stuff. Decided we needed a new 2306 w murphy bed but needed to drive 3 states to actually see a model. Local dealer took a trade on a 2010 2306 no murphy and decided to end the madness. Picking it up next Monday. Trip scheduled next Thursady.
Super excited to get our first trailer but having a little anxiety over towing something this big but im sure that will pass. One thing that helped me decide on rockwood/minilite was the energy coming from the posts in the forum. Ive learned a lor already and hope to add after ive had my hands on the unit for awhile.

We just purchased an 05 dakota with only 36k miles. Magnum V8, class 4 receiver and tow package. Just dropped a grand on new tires as the originals were still on with a 1/4 tread but were dryrotting. Better safe than sorry. Taking delivery of the trailer Monday afternoon. Been shopping and getting most of the essentials and cant wait to get it home and make it our home away from home. Dealer is outfitting the truck with a equilizer and brake control. They are going to have the trailer totally hooked up to shore power and water for the inspection. They will spend as much time as we need teaching us how to use the trailer as well as going to go out with me for a dry run with the trailer hooked up to see how it tows and fine tune the hitch setup. I didnt think about this when i was shopping the internet and was close to purchasing a unit from an individual. I would have had to figure all that out myself. They are easing some of my concerns and ensuring my next trailer will come from them as well. Also learning SO MUCH from the kind people on this forum. I will feel like ive done it already when we go out next weekend for the shakedown cruise.
