excited to get started

Hi My wife and I have been talking about getting an RV. I have a 2015 colorado with the towing pkg and can tow 7000 pounds. I would like to stay well below that. we started shopping and first ran across the Rpod 179 but thought that would be too small then we found the flagstaff 21FBRS which also led us to look at the rockwood 2109s which is the sister model, but now are tossed up between the 2104s and the 21 fbrs. I guess my question is does anyone have any experience with any of these and if so how are they to tow. I would also like a recomendation on sway bars and brake controller. I know I am asking a lot but thought what better place to ask.

Thanks for the reply. I know the payload is 1500 lbs and from what I can find the max tongue weight is 900. I think the 21fbrs is somewhere around 3400 and the 2104s is almost 3900 I think.
