Exploring My newly aquired 1999 Roo 21

Hello Folks, Happy to have discovered this forum and look forward to sharing and learning more about my Rockwood Roo 21 footer . I live in Canada P.E.I. I bought this rig just today ,towed it with no problem ,it weighs, about 2700 lbs , I noticed a noise ,sounds like the brakes we not completely disengaged, I did not have them connected, plugs did not match at hitch, would that be the possible problem ? I will go over it all in time and correct it. I really like the little unit . I was wondering where I might get mt hands on a owners manual for the unit ,any help at all is great and appreciated. I work as a floor installer, refinisher and builder in general I have a log post and beam house that I have built over the years, I am really excited about this little trailer ,our first . I look forward to hearing from any of you fellow trailer people, thanks for reading this and ,all the best ,bye for now, Jim
