First time RV owner

My name is Brian and my wife and I have decided to fill our empty nest with an RV. Although I have done plenty of tent camping at the area lakes and Little Sahara sand dunes in Oklahoma this will be our first rv. WE are both excited about our new adventures that await as well as a few trials I'm sure.

Here is a picture of out new rig right after we got it home.

So I guess My first question is... Can these stickers be removed or do they have to stay for some legal reason? I have removed most of the others and hate the look of these. You would think they could have been put somewhere a little less obvious.

Welcome! RV'ing is amazing and you're gonna love it. My .02 on the stickers is this... I will remove the factory decals they put on the windows and other minor stickers. I'd say to leave those though. Only reason I say that is because lets say down the road you want to sale it. It's good info for the new owner to have. All my warning stickers, etc inside (toy hauler) have been removed though on every unit I've owned. She's a beauty though congrats!

Welcome to the forum and the world of RVing. I'd leave those on as mentioned plus the one pertaining to the lug nuts. Later RJD

Congrats on the new rig. Welcome to the forum from Bainbridge, Ohio.
I would suggest the first overnight trip be in your driveway. Do not go inside to get things.
Prepare meals, wash dishes, take a shower and watch some TV, then get a good night sleep.
Make a list of all the things you forgot to bring. Pack those forgotten items for your real trip.

Good idea. I need to get some power to run the A/C though. Pretty hot and humid here right now.
