Cool Bedroom Window/Emergency Window

Does this window open for ventilation or is it purely an emergency window. I thought it odd to not have a usable window which I would enjoy.

It is a functional window.
Lift the lock bar out of the retainer, swing to the left until perpendicular to the window. Push the bar and the window bottom swings out and latches into position, maybe 8".
Pretty good ventilation!

W picked-up our 2012 2604 late June. It's titled a 2012 but I think it's just a retaged 2011, but come time to trade-in I'll take the 2012 registration. Been on 3 weekend trips and a 2 week trip, LOVE THE UNIT!!! Ours was off the dealers lot and there was no ladder on the back. So a 6' Aluminum ladder strapped to the rear bumper still allows me on the roof to clean the slide etc, and at a LOT LESS cost then the factory ladder would. Only issue was a small leak on the shower enclosure. Two minutes of caulk fixed that.

I have a 2011 2604 for a year now.I did not like the bathroom door opening toward the television, after thinking about it the framework for the door is the same on both sides so changing the hindge side was an easy fix.Now the door swings into the bathroom.
