When you first get a camper, there are a ton of things to buy! There are a lot of things you need, things you should get, and of course hue never ending list of things you want.
Yes, a water regulator is high on the need/should list. Some campgrounds have ridiculously high water pressure rates that can damage your internal plumbing fittings because the fixtures RV manufacturers use are generally low end.
A 50-amp to 30-amp adapter is fairly high on the should have list. You may often find yourself camped at a 30amp site and need to be able to plug in. Even if you generally camp at RV Resort-types of places; you'll find that 50amp isn't always available. Of course, as was mentioned, this assumes that you have a 50amp camper.
