First Time Trailer Owners from PA

Hello all, my name is Joe. My wife and I and our two children have just become the owners of a 2014 Wildwood (Forest River) 31kqbts (Is there a forum page for this trailer?). I am excited and a bit overwhelmed, since I have not owned a trailer before. I have been doing a lot of reading and watching youtube videos. Hoping to learn a lot from you guys and gals as well . Our trailer will be in a campground right outside of Cape May, NJ.

Welcome to FRF!

Forest River is the parent company. It has close to 100 different brands between all its divisions.

So your trailer's brand name is something other than Forest River.
We have a sub-forum here for almost all of Forest River brands.
You should post what brand it is and other owners of that brand can help you.

Then go to the TT/5th Wheel section here and you'll see a Wildwood sub-forum there.

Thanks, all, for the warm welcome!
I did post these questions to the Wildwood page as well:

1) What precautions should I take when I go on the roof? Is it to walk on it for cleaning, maintenance?

2) What do you put on your roof, if anything, over the winter?

Thanks,
Joe

1)Wear flat soled shoes and walk slow, when wet the roof is ice slick and the sudden stop hurts.

2)I do nothing, kind of like what the factory and dealers do with their stock.
