Question Fridge not getting water

On my Columbus 365RL, I am not getting water to the residential fridge for the water and ice dispensers. I have found a water valve under the slide, but when I turn it on I still do not get water to the fridge. Is there another valve some place else that I have not found ? (I can not pull the fridge out from the wall because it is on a 5 inch step and I am not strong enough to lift it off the step.) Or perhaps did the factory not hook the line up to the system under the floor inside the basement service wall area? Any suggestion from any one? Thank You (By the way, the selling dealer has no ideas and I did not find the no water problem until I was settled in about 150 mile from the selling dealer.)

Check your lines; especially underneath your slideout. The "oh so sharp" assembly crew on mine decided to crush my water line in-between the two large adjusting nuts on the slideout mechanism.

How they let that slip, I have no clue. But the line was crimped so bad, of course when I separated those nuts, there was a tear in the line. I bought a steel braided line at the hardware store and all is well.

Just an idea.
