We had a Roo 19 hybrid. Since it was just the two of us, it was very nice. However, with 2 kids, you might want the 3 foldout bunks rather than the usual 2 (think Roo 183 - no slide, or Roo 233S - with slide). Slides are a big plus, too.

If there are no Roo dealers around you, Flagstaff is a twin to the Roo.
As you will find out, the hybrids have the same issue with folding up wet bunk ends as PUPs. Although this is an issue, I think we only had a real rain issue once in the 20 yrs we had our PUP and the 3 yrs we had our Roo. Sometimes we'd just stay an extra day to let the rain stop.
The other issue (same as a PUP) is having to get everything off the bunks before folding up (not as big an issue in a hybrid as in a popup, since you don't have to put the top down).
Finally, hybrids are heavier than PUPs and have a large front wall that you have to pull down the highway, so you'll need a bigger tow vehicle (TV) and your mileage will drop.
On the positive side:
Hybrids are a bit less work to set up and take down as PUPs.
Hybrids have much nicer bathrooms (dry, not wet), more storage, bigger fridges, more room.
So at this point, just have fun with your PUP. Maybe you'll have it for 20 years like we did. My DD was 9 months old when we got our PUP and she cried when we got rid of it.
