Greatings from Idaho

Been lurking the site for quite awhile and thought that I should say Hello!

My wife and I are not new to camping, but we have always camped in an old 1977 Dodge class C. I bought it with nothing working and took a couple of years to make it solid. We have always camped close to home because I never felt comfortable taking the old class c on long drives and we really wanted to start exploring further away from home.

We have finally got to a place that I felt comfortable and with having a RV payment and started looking at newer used TT and honestly couldn't find any that I wouldn't have to put a lot of work into to make them as solid as my old class C. We almost bought a 2014 Coleman 262bh last year, but I had a chevy 2500 with a 6.0 and just happened to have to pull my friends 25 ft 12k toyhauler into the woods for hunting before taking delivery and really wanted to have more truck to pull with. I picked up a 06 dodge cummins so I would have my options open. Went back to look at the Coleman's again and stumbled across a 2015 Vibe 272bhs and I was very impressed with the build quality as opposed to all the other new trailers that I had been looking at. I was also able get my local Camping world to price match RV wholesalers price which helped. I was a little concerned as to how long the trailer was, as I have never towed anything that long, but it tows really nice behind the dodge with a Blue Ox Swaypro.

Wife has already started planning several week long trips and if she has her way we will be in 6 national parks this summer. So far she has Craters of the Moon, Tetons, Yellowstone, Glacier, and the Redwoods on her list .

I hope we don't over do it, but want to show our two teenagers everything we can while we can. There's alot in Idaho that they've never even seen.
