Greetings all, from the 'great white north'.

Ok, admittedly it's not so white here, (but still great ). Just purchased a 2004 shamrock 19' hybrid, and can't wait to take it out for the first time. As for RV'ing experience my family (my loving wife, and two teenage kids) mostly camp at local campgrounds (within a few hours) of where I live. This is the fourth RV owned by us. Have had..
mid 70's Lionel Tent trailer (for the life of me cannot remember the exact year) Lost to hail.

1992 Coleman tent trailer. Really liked it, but lost to hail.

1981 Corsair Class C. motor home. Any guesses as to how we lost that one? You're right!

You may all think that going to a hybrid from a motorhome is a step in the wrong direction. It is not. The layout of the motorhome we owned had a layout not conducive to comfortable camping.

We look forward to many years of camping with our recent acquisition. Also along with questions asked, hopefully be able to help a fellow RVer along the way through this site.

Hi and welcome to the Forest River Forums! With your RVing background you should have a great time in the new-to-you Shamrock. There seems to be an hail theme with your RVs - hope the cycle is broken for this RV's sake.

Good to have you aboard and congrats on your new-to-you camper.

We have a Hybrid section here with Shamrock represented. Not a ton of older units represented but I have no doubt you'll find some useful content.

Thanks, and yes I agree about the hail, although it's never stopped us from continuing this great pastime.

Glad to be aboard. I did notice the 'hybrid' section already, and even posted a question there already. Thanks for the pointer.
