We just got back from our first time camping in the Ocala National Forest in our new 2016 A192HW. What a great time and a great camper. Looking forward to many more trips. Look forward to using the forum to help me out along the way.
Welcome from north central Florida! I live near the forest, but have not camped there since Girl Scout camping too many years ago to mention. Where did you camp?
We stayed at the Clearwater Lake Recreation Area which is located at the southern edge of the Ocala National Forest. It is dry camping but the battery held up fine for what we needed.
Welcome Chris C. from NE Fla. Have camped at Salt Springs C/G in the forest; may want to give it a try; has full hook ups & a very nice spring to swim in. Enjoy!!!
Welcome
We like to stay at Dealncy East, Never crowded, No hookups, Last time there there was a Momma bear and her 2 cubs hanging around, did not bother anyone, got great pictures of them,
Good evening and welcome to the forums from SW Idaho.
