Greetings from Havre de Grace, MD!

Hello all! Just signed up here at the forums and wish i had found it earlier! Been camping/RV'ing since 2003. Started with a used '81 Starcraft PU. Had that for 3 seasons and upgraded to a '08 Rockwood Roo 21SS and are now going to take delivery of our second Rockwood this thursday! We just purchased a Signature Ultra Lite 8312SS! Can't wait for sure!!! Although we loved the Roo, it has served its purpose and our family has expanded and we need more room among other things. They're are so many things to look forward to with the new Rockwood and things I won't miss about the Roo. Either way, our family lives in Havre de Grace, MD if you couldn't tell by the title of this post. Anyone on here near us? Anyone have an 8312SS and have any tips or tricks that I should be aware of? Camping season is among us, so HAPPY CAMPING ALL!!

congrats on the new rockwood .we have an '08 SUL 8315SS. we don't tow it but have it on a seasonal site in Chincoteague,Va. we thoroughly enjoy the trailer and have had "almost" no problems with it. worse thing we had was to have to replace the converter.hope yours is as trouble free as ours has been.when you have the time ,i would check the tightness of all the fittings in the plumbing system. our black tank rinse connection was not tight, but i found out the first time we used it,so no damage.

we are fairly close to you, (parkville,md.)
chomping at the bit right now because we are going south to open the trailer for the season April 2nd. just in time to get in on the flounder fishing that is just starting to pick up.

Now I have a 2013 Shamrock 17' only spent one night in it; last friday night cause I drove it into the guardhouse in Fredericksburg. It's back at the dealer for 4-6 weeks for repair.
