Greetings From Idaho

Deb n I have been into camping in various shapes and forms (2 person tube tent on a motorcycle to present FR Grey Wolf 23BD). First camping for me was 68 years ago in hunting camp near Ellensburg, Washington. We've camped West Coastline to mountains of Virginia, Wisconsin to California.

We bought the GW last fall, took one trip to Bend, Oregon and found a few warranty issues. In trying to get them fixed have been less than satisfied with the dealership, and somewhat the same with the quality of construction. Let me say upfront didn't join the Forum to bash or bad mouth either. However, want to share some of the issues (constructively) for others who may be looking to buy, and also want to document some of the maintenance/repairs I've performed myself because it gets it fixed right the first time, and improves our travel/camping experience. It also doesn't put my RV in the shop for 6+ weeks for a faucet replacement performed incorrectly. That is more camping time for us.

The other positive, is forums permit me to pick the minds (via text) of other owners, some of their issues and some of their fixes. Have a blog, so will document much of what I have there, and then reference that in links to keep from taking too much space on here and duplicating the effort. I've found other blogs very worthwhile, and will reference those from time to time as well. VR, Mags of MagsnDeb.

Welcome from Georgia. I love Idaho. Funny thing, my grandfather lived in Ellensburg, WA. He passed a number of years ago, though. WOW. Small world.
