Just brought home a 2013 SPT-220 Surveyor a week ago. Has a few issues but hope to get them taken care of without problems. We are long-time campers. Have camped in everything from a tent to a Cardinal 5th wheel We last had a Rockwood Roo 21SS which we loved, but decided we wanted something with no canvas. I miss all the floor space in the Roo though. We are limited in the length of trailer we can have because we like to keep it on our driveway for quick weekend getaways. Easier to back in at the campground too!
First off, welcome to the forum!
Second, that's a nice looking rig from what I found online. I'm really digging that U-shaped dinette/sofa. Let's see some pics when you can.

Welcome to the Forum from a fellow Surveyor owner. We love ours, it tows great. I like your floor plan alot. when and if we upgrade from the 189, it would probably be to a 220
