Greetings from Redmond WA
Earlier this year I had several chats with my wife regarding where we were going to go camping and/or fishing this year. Showing a complete lack of interest in camping what she said I exactly don't remember but paraphrasing it was "no showers-no camping".
People tell you that in that tough times that you need to think outside of the box. In this case thinking about a box provided a solution.
Solution: 2007 Lexington 235S (with a small shower, but Claire likes it)
Our current camp vehicle is a 2003 Ford Ranger towing a smokercraft fish boat.
Moving up to a 24 foot motorhome seems to me that some RV driver training would be a no-brainer. So after our driver training on the 30th we will be heading out to Eastern Washington to go camping.
Hobbies-me
photography
fishing - this is the year that I'll catch a Tiger Muskie.
Hobbies-Claire
chickens - no we don't take the chickens camping with us. I don't know too many people that RV with chickens. Years ago I knew a lady that showed chickens. She was getting ready to travel to a chicken show in Los Angeles. Later I talked to her again and asked her how she did at the chicken show? She said that she piled the chickens in her RV and drove straight to Los Angeles, but the chickens got car sick on the way down and as a result she showed poorly. It's the only time I've heard about people RVing with chickens.
Wool related hobbies - spinning, knitting, and hooking (rug)
hobbies-Dog
lying in the sun! I don't think the dog has many hobbies. We don't talk much.
Oh almost forgot. April 1, 2005 I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. If there's any parkies out there 'living the RV life' drop me a PM , I love to hear from you
Everyone
if you travel to Eastern Washington and our paths cross, come on over and say hi. Join us for a fish fry.
Keep your lines tight,
Steve and Claire Marsh
