Greetings from South Carolina

Hello! I've been lurking for a couple days now and we decided on what we are getting. The wife and I picked out a Grey Wolf 24RK. I haven't seen much about them on the forum. Anyone else have one? Due to some other stuff we have going on (Wife is going to FL to help with 15 month old twin granddaughters) we can't take delivery until May 19th. This is our second TT the first was a Jayco Swift 145RB (small). We loved it but decided to step up. Seems like a great group and we look forward to being part of it.

Great Parks

There are quite a number of excellent spots in SC. Two that come to mind right away are Cheraw State Park, toward the northeast, on the North Carloina border.
Another is Hickory Knob State Park on the western edge, bordering
Georgia. Both have beautiful public golf courses. Hickory Knob also has an onsite motel.

There are many others.

Just up the road

Welcome CapeDiem. We are just up the road in Greer. We like mountain camping, but did hit the SC coast a few weeks ago for a fine time. Looking to do a cross country later this summer.

Small World. We are getting our TT from Bob Ledford's in Greer. We couldn't come to terms with the dealer in Columbia, where we live.

Ledford's RV

We got our TT last year from Ledford's. A very pleasant experience. And we live 15 minutes from there in Greer. When do you get yours?

Greetings from the Lowcountry! Congrats to you and yours and may you have many enjoyable trips. Start trying to make a reservation for Hunting Island SP now, it is tough to get into!

BombDoc, Never been to Hunting Island, however we have heard great things about the park. I have a friend in Columbia whose family has vacationed there every year for a while. From what I hear we will have to plan months in advance to go there. Thanks for the suggestion!

Enjoy your stay. If your visit includes Columbia, I highly recommend Riverbanks Zoo & Garden as a place to visit.
