Greetings from Southern Illinois

Happy trails....
New to the FR forum, not to camping. My lovely spouse introduced me to the finer points of camping right after we got married. Her family camps every year, and as the new husband, it was certainly expected I'd go on the annual outing. Our first outing was in a tent. We had been there a couple of days, when a storm rolled in. Every one was wet, miserable, and frankly I felt pretty let down by the whole thing. Next year we were in a cabin at the campground, and did that for several years. Then a Rockwood PUP, a 26 foot Coachman (had it for 2 weeks.. just not the same quality as FR stuff), and I've had an 829 FKSS for the last 5 years. I just brought home a 30WRLTSA yesterday. I like the v nose concept but really think it still has a way to go to be a mature design. There is untapped potential there.
I like the board, seems like a great place, with really good folks, pretty much like most campgrounds I've been to! I hope I can help someone along the way, but that might be hard with the level of experience I've already observed here! As an avid motorcyclist, I can field scooter questions pretty good though....

Congrats on your new RV andaboard!
If there's wasted space chances are that there's a mod waiting to be done but got to warn you that there's lots of good ideas for taking of that here on the boards. One of my favorite thread is "Pimp my...." and I don't even have that model. Please do jump in and share your experience as it's a main part of why this site is so good.

Happy camping.
