Greetings from Texas

Hi, we are looking to upgrade from our pop-up to a hard side camper, most likely one of the Rockwood mini-lites like the 2504s. It's great to find a community of fellow campers like this one.

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like a good choice for a camper. Good luck on your search. Late RJD

We picked up our new 2016 2504s yesterday! We love the floor plan, the great kitchen space, and the storage. Now if Spring could just get here so we can take it out for the first time! Good luck with your shopping & purchase!

Where in Texas do y'all reside and where do you plan on getting your trailer?

Heard a story about a guy who flew a private plane from Florida to California and had to stop twice for fuel both times he was in Texas. Once in Beaumont and the other in El Paso.

The Murphy Bed/Sofa really sells it for us, and being a shorter camper makes it easier to get into remote campgrounds. Big RV show next weekend - who knows? Happy Camping!

We're smack in the middle of the state west of Austin. Upcoming RV show might narrow it down, we'll see....

We upgraded from a pop-up as well. Bought it from a friend, used it one summer, sold it to another friend & bought the 2504s. My parents used to live in Lago Vista & I have a cousin in Dripping Springs. Such a pretty area!

Well, we've put a deposit down on a 2504s the dealer has ordered which has everything we're looking for. Can't wait for it to come in and we're sooo looking forward to getting back on the road again! See you around the campfire!

Welcome from just down the road in Austin. We moved up from a pop-up about five years ago. You are going to LOVE the upgrade to a hard side.
