Greetings from W Arkansas

New to the forum. Excited to take delivery Saturday of our new ‘18 Rockwood Mini lite 2504s. Sort of sad to see the dependable ‘09 Surveyor SV230 go, but we fell in love with the new one. Planning a few shakedown weekend trips to Petit Jean, Mt. Magazine, & Queen Wilhelmina Arkansas state parks to make sure no warranty repairs are needed prior to our first long trip to Kentucky & Indiana in a couple months. Am looking forward to gleaning tips, ideas, & information from the other members of the forum.

Welcome from Central Texas. I'm looking forward to taking some "longish" trips to western and northwestern Arkansas. I grew up in that part of the state, born a tiny bit further south, in Little Rock. I lost my high school class ring on top of Petit Jean (a long time ago)! I was pushing a pickup out of a hole on a trail in the woods near the park.

The next trip for me may be to Bull Shoals for fishing in the lake and in the White River downstream. I just made a quick drive up to Greers Ferry last weekend for my uncle's funeral. Being in the woods made me miss the Arkansas hills.
