Greetings from Washington State

Hi! Our family just purchased a 2011 Rockwood 2270. Looking forward to getting the kids out and about...too many great state parks around Puget Sound. Hopefully we get to enjoy a weekend out before we burn off the last of our 'indian summer' weather.

You might have missed the weather window. The forecast is for rain to start Thursday evening and last for 7 - 10 days.

Where in WA are you? We're up in the very top LH corner in Anacortes.

Welcome to FRF!

the DW is from Skagit County and we will be retiring to our property on Camano Island within a couple of years.
it will be an adjustment from living in sunny California but we hope to be "RainBirds" and travel during the wettest months.

although i'm a native Californian, i do better in Washington weather, than the DW does.
but Camano actually has less rainfall than Napa, it just doesn't have anywhere near the sun as Napa does.
