Greetings! New to forum and RVing

Hello,

Glad to see this community is available as a resource. I look forward to reading everyone's stories. My wife and I live in AZ and we are looking at purchasing our first tt. We've narrowed it down two forest river brands and I'm wondering if one brand would be recommended over the other for some reason. We'll be towing with a 1500 Avalanche rated at 7200#. Since they are both made by forest river are the build qualities similar? Would one be better for our desert climate? We are leaning towards the wolf pup because of the floor plan.

Cherokee Wolf Pup 18TO
Apex Nano 193BHS

Any advice is appreciated. Nice to meet everyone and happy trails.

Hello and welcome from Arkansas. I cannot help you with your selection, but someone will be along shortly.

Welcome to the forums! I also cannot help to offer feedback on the two models you are considering. Floor plan are a key point in making a decision.

I found the floor plan for the Wolf Pup 18TO and it looks like it has a corner bed. The downside to a bed surrounded by walls is that the person on the inside has to crawl over the other person to get. Making the bed is not so much fun either.

I haven't located the floor plan for the Apex Nano unit yet.

Ok, I found both floor plans. Consider the space in both units. Where is everything going? Dishes, food, clothes, etc...

PS
I can only tell so much from a drawing but I'm leaning toward the Wolf Pup too and it has a overhead compartment above the bed. Recommend checking the outside storage areas on both units.
