Happy Trails from Alberta

I haven't been camping since I sold my 25' fifth wheel 13 years ago. Yesterday we bought a very gently used 2013 Forest River Sunseeker 3010DS. We are having a blast putting together a list of essential travel items to stock up on so we can hit the road worry free. The problem is, my memory is 13 years older as well and I don't remember all the little items we packed to make travel simple and fun.
That isn't a complaint. Like I said, having a blast making my list and of course getting input from friends and family alike.
This is so exciting!!

You can have a lot of fun adding "stuff" that you might use. We loaded up our rig and had a ball but found a few years later that we never used some of the essential items we first loaded. So out it went. We now have extra space for those must haves while we are on the road. We have added an electric heater, big buddy heater, flashlights, tools, duct tape, chocks, radios, campfire in a can, BBQ, hoses, ant spray and the like. The rig stays ready to go except for some clothes and food. That way we don't have much of a bag drag. Enjoy your new rig!
