Hello! We are experienced TT and 5th Wheel RVers from the sunshine state We are new to this forum and have enjoyed reading up on different thoughts, ideas, mods, etc from other hybrid users.

I grew up tent camping (which means I enjoyed the fruits of my parents labor) but loved sleeping in a tent My DH, on the other hand, has primarily enjoyed TT experience. We've had vast experiences depending on the units we've owned but my biggest question now is relating to kitchens and organization ideas.

We are set to take delivery on a 2012 Roo 233S this week. I am very grateful for the pantry and the fact that the table can be brought over for cooking but would greatly appreciate comments on other thoughts "what I can't do withouts" etc.

I am considering setting up an outdoor camp kitchen using a 2' x 4' plastic table especially for doing dishes, etc (the sinks are absolutely tiny) Again, thoughts are appreciated. We are at the stage of bringing sandwiches, eating a few frozen dinners and going out for dinner so I will be doing that some, but I do enjoy bbq'ing and having some nice quiet dinners in camp too.

one question, if kitchen is important, why did you choose the 233S over the 23SS, which has way more kitchen counterspace?
do you have kids and need the 3rd bunk end?

wwweeeellllllll ~~~~ we just liked the slide out with the U dining, yes, we do have grown kids that travel with us from time to time and it gives them their personal space. The kitchen is less important than it used to be but I'd still like to maximize it We are buying used and haven't seen any others of this quality & age at this price locally.
