Welcome and happy camping. I agree as long as you can stay warm inside and don't mind the cold weather outside and know how to deal with then camp on. I admit we live in Fla. but we camp year round and contrary to popular belief it is not always warm and sunny here.

Again happy camping. Oh and they should be banana moonpies

Thanks for the welcome. If you ever decide to try on the Rocky Mountains give a shout. We have some really beautiful places out here in the old back yard.
We're not retired yet but looking forward to it real soon. Here's a snapshot from our vacation in Rocky Mountain N.P. before we had the "luxury" Wildwood accommodations. Would be happy to suggest some other unique and beautiful spots.
