Hello!

New to the Forest River family, purchased a brand spankin new 2015 Backpack 1251 truck camper the end of August :-)

DH & I started out like most, in a tent, then a popup, class c motorhome, 21' travel trailer, 32' travel trailer, 5th wheel, OLD pop up pick up camper and now the new soft side pick up camper!! You're app to see us around home Zeeland, Michigan or out and about most anywhere we can get to on a weekend!!!

We've camped all but 2 weekends since we purchased it and other than a few 'glitches' we are defiantly enjoying it!! Learning to shower in the small wet bath (when at a full hook up site) has been interesting to say the least!! The strange looks we get when we pull backwards into the dump stations.....well that explains itself when folks see where our sewer drain is!!!

Looking forward to looking thru this site!!!

Welcome aboard and congrats on your new truck camper too! Pictures are always welcome so feel free to share. I got to ask - where is your sewer drain?

It is built on the passenger side :-( a real pain when you want full hook up and you have to be backwards of everyone else.....had one KOA inform us we needed to turn around to hook up....until we showed them where our's was located
