Hello Everyone and God Bless
My wife Monica and myself Dave, are traveling 85% of the time in our purchased new in 2013 V-Lite wfkss Flagstaff Diamond 35ft Travel Trailer. We pull it with a Ford E350 5.4 extended Van with K&N cold air intake, Bully Dog GT tuner, Helwig rear sway bar, Belstein heavy duty shocks. Now that I have the hitch at the right height it pulls very good, a bit of sway but very controllable. We go from Sterling IL to San Antonio very year. We love our Flagstaff and have no problems in almost two years. I think many overlook or do not know the value of these Travel Trailers. One is I recently was researching what a 4 seasons camper is? The Flagstaff I have is a three seasons camper, but just lacks a couple things to be a 4 seasons? Is the r factor insulation the only r factor on the camper to consider? I lack dual pane windows and side wall insulation. But how is that wall made and what is the outside material? I guess what I am asking what is the R factor including all material in and of the wall? Is the Fiberglass laminated outer wall included in the R factor rating? I was told no! So what is the true R factor? I found out a great thing about my Flagstaff, the water lines are all built into the flooring through a channel in the 12 R factor floor! Very important information! R 14 in the roof and R 7 in the walls?
