Hello fellow campers

Hello everyone new to site thought I would say hello.

Owner of a 07 surveyor 192T pulling with expedition as I had to sell my F150 when child 4 came along. We are in Toronto Canada and are hooking up and heading out every weekend.

I have been reading around the forum for a couple of weeks and noticed people are having trouble with bed end pain in the back bars. I tried memory foam tried putting plywood under. Slept on air mattresses and even slept in the opposite direction. I had no choice but to have 2 custom spring mattresses made by a local Toronto company that fold up and snap on as the crappy original mattresses did. The custom mattresses have a hard bottom made of plastic stitched in the fabric. So when you unfold the mattress the plastic all fits together. The end after the hinge into the trailer the plastic is just thicker were on the original we just had thicker foam.

We all sleep well and all is good. Mattresses were a little costly but worth every penny.

Hoping to help and find advice in the forum.

Cheers
