Hello -First Timer

The wife and I just purchased a Wildwood 195BH. We are moving up from popup camping. We wanted to go with something small and on the light side. There are some things we will miss about the popup, but there are many things we will not miss. I told my wife I may have to take a tent and spend a night or two in the tent as therapy. However, my wife has already purchased a 4 inch memory foam mattress topper, so I may change my mind about the tent real quick.

Anyway, we head out today to pick up the new camper. We are looking forward to it.

Welcome from the Toronto area!

What camper did you get? Have you downloaded the PDI Checklist from the library here?

We purchased a Forest River Wildwood 195BH. I sure I need to get that in a signature line. I will get that figured out.

We picked up the trailer yesterday morning and went from there to a state park that was only about 16 miles from the dealer. We found some issue this morning where there is some sort of buckling in the floor in the front part of the trailer. It has me pretty concerned. We stopped back by the dealer and one of the sales people took some pictures of it. Of course there were no service people working on Sunday. It also looks to me that one of the wheels is leaning in at the top of the wheel. I put a level on it and it sure appears that way. We did not have anything loaded in the camper when we left the dealership. Everything was boxed up in the back of the truck, (some dishes and other things for camping). So, I know it would not be a situation where the trailer was overloaded. The guy that took the pictures said he would pass those on to the sales person. I guess I will be hearing from him tomorrow.

Congratulations and welcome from SW Idaho.

You have two options at this point, change your mind or get it changed for you.

Welcome aboard. We started with a brand new 2014 195bh. Loved that thing. Only major problem we had was water coming in from a outside light on the front of it. Ruined the front wall at the foot of the bed. Warranty took care of it. What they didn't take of was the inside tire wear. Said it was because of the cheap tires the factory used. I only had 400 miles on it. Anyway, I replaced the tires, used it the rest of the year, and the wife said " we need more room". Congrats on the new unit. It all works out in the end, if there is enough money!
