Hello from Alabama need help with Bluetooth

Good afternoon we just bought a 2014 Rockwood Windjammer it has a Genesis 2.0 Stereo and we cannot get the Bluetooth to work it shows connected to our phone and says talk on the display but no sound comes out of speakers at all. We called our dealer they could not help at all without bringing it back in (not an option) Suggested we pull the face off and check connections they all looked good. Any other ideas we are so frustrated have only had for two weeks. Bought in Alabama now in south Georgia working with it. Thanks Lisa

are you sure your speakers oar turned on? there should be 3 buttons to the left that say speaker A, B and C. Try pressing them and see of it works.
