Hello from Canada!

From way up north Alberta Canada! Just purchased a Sandstorm 250 2014 Toy Hauler. Will be picking it up tomorrow from dealer after PDI. I (we) are quite excited and looking forward put this unit to good use. I figured that I could also share my experiences with the dealership, trailer, etc with others that may be interested.

Thanks for the welcome!
I picked up my trailer today from Western RV, the sales staff and the manager was very helpful and I was very pleased with their patience in giving me a complete run through of the trailer and hookup. The trailer pulls a little better with my truck than I figures (2010 z71 crew cab 1500) I am planning to use this truck for a couple of more years and only use it to haul one of my toys. However I will be looking to upgrade to a 3/4 ton in the future especially when I get more toys . As for upgrades I am planning to put max air vents in, solar panel with charge controller, and upgrade the interior lights to led. I will take pictures of the trailer as well as the upgrades as they happen... And when things warm up around here!

I am always open to recommendations or input. Happy trails Dgmc
