Hello from Carolina

Good day to all. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello. The wife and I just purchased our first "camper." We have two small kids and decided after our last hotel adventure that we were tired of paying top dollar for substandard and often filthy accommodations.

Sooooo, we bought a new Hemisphere 5th wheel to go along with "daddy's big truck" (F250 SD) as my daughter calls it. We never knew that so many of our friends were into the camping thing and we are very excited to get going ourselves.

I've been reading lots of posts the last couple of days and see that this is a very active board. I've already learned a ton from reading the posts of others and I look forward to contributing some really dumb questions from time to time!

Hello from Carolina

Welcome to the camping world, six years ago I was In the same situation you are now in. Two 5th wheels later there is no better way to vacation with you family than the camping lifestyle offers you, I hope your vacations are as enjoyable as mine have been and you are fortunate enough to use your camper as much as possible.

Hello, and to the forums. Hope you enjoy the stay, and learn a lot, and can teach others what you already know. Hope you have a great time with the new camper and the Big Truck.
