Hello from Chicago!

Hi all! Been lurking in the forums for about a week now. The hubby & I decided it was time to retire our 2006 Starcraft RT pop-up. We've put down a deposit on a Wildwood 230BHXL that we hope to take ownership of in a few weeks. (Hubby has already penciled in our first voyage)

This will be our first travel trailer. I know our teenagers will be glad not to have to set up the trailer anymore. Luckily they still love to camp with us.

Hope to learn a lot from everyone here. Already have a mod in the works - someone here posted pictures of a fishing pole holder in the storage area. Just can't wrap my mind around storage and what goes where yet.

Hello: And Safe Travels to you, from Southside Virginia. I was born and raised on the NW side of Chicago. As far as the fishing pole holders I installed two racks in mine, being I love to fish. It was easy to do in the storage area. I bought one rack and cut to fit and mounted it on a 1x4 then screwed it the side wall. Trailer is at the DR. right now or I would post a picture...
