Hello from Clear Lake Tx (NASA area)
Just registered this am. First time RV-er with a Flagstaff 25FBLS we bought in March. Pulling it with a 2014 Tundra. We've Had it out 5-6 times for long weekends and LOVE IT thus far. Heading out to Estes Park in a couple weeks for a longer stay.
This forum looks like a wealth of info! Can't wait to get more involved.....
Happy Trails...
Mark

Welcome from the countryside of Grayson county, Texas. I lived in Webster and League City back in the 1970s... did some Skylab and Space Shuttle work.

welcome and we're new also...(even newer)
hi and good to have another 25FBLS owner on the board.....
we just bought ours about a month ago....so we are really newbies to this camper........(we've camped most of our lives)
please keep us posted about trips and your experiences with this model...
we love ours already even though we've only taken it out for a couple of "shake down" trips.....we'll be taking it to N. Alabama....Desoto State Park for about 10 days in mid-October....
good luck....

Welcome! When are you planning to go to Estes? Isn’t it getting pretty late in the season ? Curious as we have been looking to see how long places stay open up there. Seeing some close for the season as early as mid October.

Estes Park
Went there early this past Aug. Already made reservations for Sept 2019 when the Elk are rutting and the colors are changing. Supposed to be a real sweet time to visit. Temps were in the low 50's at night and mid 80's during the day. Expect Sept to be a fair amount cooler but being from Tx, looking very much forward to it after a brutal summer! Parks there stay open longer than you may think. They don't have a long season so they try to stay open as long as they can. State/National Park camping is a bit dicey being many sites don't have sewer hook ups in most of the sites because of the winter. Buy yourself a port dump cart and you're all set!
