Hello from coastal NC

Not new to camping but new to Forest River forum. We just purchased a Primetime Crusader 285RET and LOVE it! Spent the last two weeks *loading* up for our first trip to Myrtle Beach for Thanksgiving.

Hope to find good tips and tricks here.

We're from NC too. Sandhills. Where you going to camp at MB?. We like the Travel Park. There's a new one close to Alabama Theater that I hear is real convenient. If
you have children Ocean Lakes is best.Welcome to the forum.

New to R Pod and Dome

Good Afternoon, We are new to camping and just bought an R Pod which we'll take to horse shows when we compete. I have a question to those with R Pods with a dome (Cabana); where do you buy snaps that screw to the trailer and attach to the fabric? The suction cups that came with it don't work very well. Thanks in advance!

Welcome and Congrats on your new Crusader. Our neighbor had just bought one last August.Very Nice !! We got a tour of theirs and WOW !! I cant take the "hit" on our 2012 fifth wheel (OURS has 2 slide outs) as a trade- in.. so ..from time to time i will surf the web for a "slightly used" one instead.

Mods are projects that members have done on their trailers ranging from small simple jobs to larger ones. After seeing pictures of one member that added lifts to his overhead cabinets to keep the doors open while searching for stuff I did the same.

Below is a link to one of my favorite threads - it doesn't even matter than I don't have the same unit because it has so many great ideas that I can use.

Welcome to the Forum. I am new here also, but not new to camping either. I'm jealous you live in SC and can go camping so late into the year. We're in Iowa and our camping season is done.
I hope you had fun in Myrtle Beach!
