Talking Hello from Colorado

Happy days! After 18 years of watching others camp in trailers while I was in a tent, we have decided to purchase our first popup. In February we will be placing our order for the Rockwood HW296. If anyone out there has good or bad things to say about this popup, I would love to hear about it. My whole family is excited to start camping with comfort

Welcome to the forum and congrats on getting your HW pup. We had a Fleetwood HW pup many years ago and enjoyed all the amenities it had over our tent. DD really liked the hardwall bathroom.

First to the forum.

And so now the process begins for you, first a popup, then a Hybrid, then a travel trailer, then a longer travel trailer, then a fifth wheel or motor home, and then a bigger… well you get my drift. Just kidding of course…Or am I?

Welcome to the forum and on your new popup!

We too started with a Palamino hard wall popup in the 90's. It's a huge step up from a tent...enjoy!
