My husband and I have been camping for 9 yrs. He was such the workaholic so when he said lets buy a camper I liked to fell out. I thought he had a light bulb moment, as Dr. Phil says. We started with a 30' tag along that we pulled with our Chevy Trailblazer (8cyl). We soon found that was not enough space. I wanted a 5th wheel, our camping buddies had 5th wheels, the problem was we did not have a truck. I started looking in the newspaper and found the deal of the day. Chevy 2500 Silverado Duramax and 2006 Cougar 5th wheel for sale. The couple selling, he had a heart attack, and wanted to sell. We did get the deal of the day. Had it for several years and then went to the Hershey RV show in 2010. Our camping buddies went with us and all 3 of us couples ended up buying the same camper the same day. Again, we all got the deals of the day. Now we are looking again. I would like a bit bigger, a motor home really, but, hubby says no we just bought a Chevy 3500 Silverado Duramax. So I am looking for the next size bigger 5th wheel. I am looking at the 36CKTS and the 38CK. We have snow birded to FL the past 3 yrs for several months. Stayed home this year but will be traveling and visiting friends on our way to TX in the fall. We hope to do more traveling over the next several years. There is so much of the USA to see. Places to see, places to go. My workaholic husband is now a campaholic. So, happy camping to all, we will wave as we pass you on the road. Life is Good.
