thanks all for the warm welcome!
just to answer Randy and Patty, and "still Kicking"
Mine is the 8289 with the diamond pack, there are not many fifth wheels over here, but they are becoming more popular. The models are the same as they are imported from the US. they are modified to take our 240v electrics, and a transformer fitted to run the 110v stuff. (AC TV etc) By way of coincidence Randy, we are only 10 miles from Leighton Buzzard! Good luck with your interview!

Welcome from a Geordie I have a Rockwood 8329SS. Can't imagine pulling a 5th wheel around the Lake District or the Highlands + I wasn't aware there was anything big enough to pull a 5th wheel in Gods

Welcome from Huntsville, Alabama, USA. I have very fond memories of England - I was stationed at RAF Greenham Common (BEFORE Cruise missiles ) and RAF Upper Heyford.

My memories of England make me think you are very brave taking your RV down some of those roads Or I guess you could just stay on the Motorway!
