We also import US trucks as well as the campers, no problem with the highlands, and lake district, if our trucks can deliver to the shops a small(ish) 5th wheel is no problem. you would be surprised where I can put it...

Welcome to the forum from another ex-pat (living in Canada). Great choice for your 5er. That will certainly turn a few heads as you tow it around the countryside.
Have fun.

From watching Wheeler Dealerz, they wanted to convert a Land Rover to LPG, but it was too new for the upgrade to be economically feasible. Of course, they had to keep the cost down, but I am sure if it was driven far enough and kept long enough, the ROA would be justified. A company I worked for years ago ran the fleet on LPG and it certainly had and has advantages. Not the least of which was almost zero oil contamination and excellent performance when cold; at start up. We were all about short trips and stop and go driving. Very cool. Thanks, OG... and have a good summer!

Bit late to the party, but welcome to the forum from an expat Lancastrian (1976) in VA.
Does your rig have a left hand door or a right one. I saw a TT in VA that had doors on both sides-- very unusual over here in US.

Any photos yet? Just curios to see this rig in the English countryside. It must be grabbing some attention over in the old country.

Cheers, mate! From South Texas. We've spent two six-month tours in the UK - one in the Middlesboro area and the last in Skegness, Lincolnshire. We miss the UK a great deal.
