Hello from Florida

My name is Donny, my family has just purchased a Rockwood 8312ss Diamond. We haven't taken delivery yet but should be by the end of next week. We spent many weeks looking at this floor plan from all the manufactures and found Rockwood to have the best craftmanship. We love the color and the extra features of this model. We are leaving a 2005 Cherokee 30WP toy hauler for the bunk house to ofer our young children more room. I'm looking forward to interacting here and enjoying our new investment. Have a great day!

Hi Donny,

to the forums! Extra room or space is always good especially with growing children.

Yes it is. The wolf pack was great but I think this new unit will far exceed it in many ways.

Donny,

Congratulations on your new floor plan! I have a question, did you do a lot of online search before buying?

Craftsmen is pretty important. I've come across some RVs that I feel are falling apart when I sit somewhere!

Don & family,

Welcome to FRF and greetings from the west coast!
Enjoy the new TT... from the picture looks like you may have an outdoor kitchen which would really be great for FL camping

I looked at the lacrosse 318 touring and some keystones. The one reason for choosing Forest river was the door for the front bedroom, not curtains. The reason for the rockwood over lacrosse was craftsmanship. I know no camper is built as well as a home but the rockwood shows some improvements in the build. I pick it up Friday if your in sturat feel free to contact me and you can check it out. The local dealer is great and will work with you.

That was one of the reasons for upgrading
