Hello From Georga

Just bought a new Tracer 2700RES and headed to the mountains!
Fall colors are at their peak, cool weather, camp fires.
It just don’t get any better than this!

If you're in the NGA mountains there's a real good possibility we'll meet up soon. I've got several trips planned between now and Thanksgivings. Congrats on your new home away from home.

We were going to camp in the mountains of Georgia last weekend but the campground was all booked up for the time span we wanted. We hope to make it next year on several trips. Have fun....

Glad to hear that you a great time. The longer the trip is the longer you want the next trip to be. If you wish to share we would love to see some pictures.

We just did 6 nights at Tallulah Gorge State Park and had a great time. We drove through Vogel, Tugaloo, Moccasion Creek, Black Rock Mountain, Unicoi and Amicalola Falls and we were impressed with them all except Moccasin Creek. GA has some really nice state parks in that area and we're hoping to go back again in a couple years. Of course we have some good ones down here in the south too

Planning a week-long trip to N Georgia this upcoming weekend…..

dfskinner, my wife lived in Adel when we first met. After we married I moved in with her in her house and we lived there 2 years before selling and moving to Valdosta. I've been in S. Ga since 97, transplanted from Ohio after 25 years in the Air Force. My wife is orginally from Tifton.

Where are you planning to visit in N. Ga?

Hoping to visit next week, but checking the weather.

I graduated HS in 1983, Navy in 1984 and never really looked back, except to go home and visit my family who still lives in the Adel/Nashville area.....

We're planning to camp near the Maggie Valley with a trip to Stone Mountain planned for one of those days.

Good talking to you....
