Hello from Gulf coast Florida

Brookstone 395RL owner. My wife Rita and myself just got the Brookstone last year new I sure will be happy when all the kinks are worked out. Had the AC (zone 1) replaced three times. Now the refrigerator only cools to 50 degrees and the freezer part left side is 30 and the right is 38 (we use this as the cooler :P ) We like this Layout and like i said above will be happy when the kinks are out of the system. Not getting any help from NORCOLD on the refrigerator and its still under warranty...so if anyone knows anything that will help it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you buy it from a local dealer? If so, can they help?

FYI, some independent service shops do warranty work.

Yes We did but they delivered it once they set it up we were on our own. I have a mobile tech looking at it but NORCOLD is being a pain. we did all checks they said to do and now they will get back with us... still waiting
