I would also recommend going to the Rv show in Feb, I think at the QCA Expo center and looking around. There is also one in Peoria around the same time with a different selection of dealers.
Read through the forums here, look at floor plans, determine needs, wants, and nice to haves. You might also want to look at used to see if this is something you really want to do or consider renting for a week or two (a couple of the dealers will rent).
Most of all ask lots of questions. Like Turbs I am on my second purchase from Cheyenne and have been very happy with them. You never know they might be able to order something for you.
