Hello from Indiana

New to the site but not new to camping. Just bought a new Salem 23RBHL IN May. We are now on the maiden voyage in NC for a month. So far so good except for the shallow black tank.

Good travel to everyone😁

Welcome to the Forum!
Great luck with your camper!

Yes, I understand about the shallow tank, it makes the level indicators difficult to determine how full "full" is.

Welcome to the forum from Missouri. Congratulation on your new Salem 23RBHL. We have been through and visited Indiana a number of times and always enjoyed our visits there. Two years ago we visited a number of covered bridges there and was amazed at the craftsmanship of the construction of the bridges.
Good luck on your maiden voyage in NC. Happy camping and safe travels to you.

can anyone tell me more about the "shallow black water tank? ours seemed full in looking into it but the sensors did not say that... sounds like this is normal? is the holding tank directly under toilet so that visual inspection could work?
thanks -
